David Vanderveen is the Chief Operating Officer for Noni by NewAge. He has more than 20 years of experience in the direct selling industry and an incredible track record of success. He is also an accomplished author and speaker with numerous published articles, books, films and podcasts to his credit. Most recently, he was a senior executive with Amway, and even founded and served as CEO of XS Energy, a portfolio of energy drinks and sports nutrition products.

Julie has been able to drive transformative growth through creating industry leading digital and social platforms, implementing breakthrough innovation, and developing comprehensive marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness.
Most recently she served as Chief Marketing Officer for Shaklee, a leading natural nutrition company, and just prior was the Vice President and Global Head of Marketing for Rodan and Fields, a leading global skincare company. At Shaklee she reignited growth and drove substantial innovation in both products and their go-to-market approach, and at Rodan and Fields, she was instrumental in scaling the company to become the #1 skincare brand in North America with over $1.0B in revenue.

Greg Gould is the CFO of New Age Beverages Corporation and Noni by NewsAge. Prior to this, Gould served in either the CEO or CFO role at six different publicly trade companies, including SeraCare Life Sciences, Atrix Labs, and Colorado MedTech, all of which he sold to maximize shareholder value. He has over 20 years of experience in executive roles in the consumer goods and biotech industries. He has successfully lead publicly traded companies creating triple digit growth in both revenue and return to shareholders.

Glenn Rogers recently joined Noni by NewAge as Head of Business Development. Glenn has deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, playing an instrumental role in over 100 transactions on a global level. He also has many years of senior management experience in both public and private companies, managing as many as 5,000 employees in both union and non-union environments. Recently, he has been advising and sourcing deals for several private equity and venture capital firms. He is an active early stage investor in emerging brands, currently serving on the board of one of the companies he helped fund.
