モリンダ製品へのコメントをアップすることでモリンダ インクおよび関連会社へ、放送、複製、出版等での利用を承諾し、規約に同意します。
タヒチアンノニ（Tahitian Noni®）、テマナ（Te Mana™）、その他のモリンダ ブランドの製品・サービスの宣伝のために、映像・紙面・オーディオ・デジタル・印刷等 、媒体の種類にかかわらず、各媒体での販促に使用します。
この同意により、マスメディア・印刷物・カタログ・広告・映像、ビデオやオーディオ制作物・インターネット ウェブサイト・ソーシャルメディアへの投稿やその他各種メディア、および現在あるまたは今後発明されるデバイスにより、名前、画像、コメント、体験談を無制限に配布することを承諾します。同意とともに名前・声・画像を提出した場合、映像画像・音声とともにモリンダが独自の裁量で望ましい形として無制限で使用する許可を付与します。
コメントや体験談は正確なもので、あなたのモリンダ製品に関しての正直な経験であり、強制や金銭等の見返りとしての内容ではないことを表明します。また、提出した写真や動画は実際の結果を隠すためにデジタル編集や加工、メイクしたものではなく、真実で正確であることを表明します。
プライバシーの侵害、肖像権、市民権等によりモリンダまたその関連会社に対し、あなたの名前、画像、コメントおよび体験談の使用に関連するいかなる種類の訴訟また要求も主張しないことに同意します。またあなたはモリンダ社と関係者にあなたの名前や音声、画像の使用などにより将来的に予想されるすべての請求を放棄します。
提出した画像等のデータについては返却されないことに同意します。
個人情報の利用について
モリンダワールドワイドインク（親会社モリンダホールディングスインクとそのグループ各社を含む。以下モリンダ。）はお客様からいただく個人情報についてお客様に対する責務や信頼を踏まえ、個人情報の重要性を認識し、保護するために以下の通りに取り扱います。
個人情報の収集・保有
モリンダは本人もしくは本人から同意を得た紹介者のサイトへの入力により個人情報を取得し、保有いたします。
保有情報：氏名、メールアドレス、住所、電話番号
個人情報利用の目的
モリンダは「チャレンジキャンペーン」のメール配信およびプレゼント配送、関連するお問い合わせの対応のためにお客様の個人情報を利用させていただきます。

By uploading your images, comments and/or testimonial on behalf of Morinda branded products, you give your express permission, and grant in perpetuity to Morinda, Inc. and its related companies your authorization to broadcast, reproduce, publish or otherwise use:
for the promotion of Tahitian Noni®, Te Mana™, and other Morinda-own brands of products and services, regardless of whether captured on film, video, audio, digital, print or other media.
This permission allows the unlimited distribution of mass-media and printed materials, catalogs, advertisements, films, video and audio productions, internet websites, reposts on social media, and other multi-media which utilize your name, image, comment and/or testimonial by any device now known or later invented. If your name, voice and/or image appears on a video which I have submitted with this agreement, you grant full and unlimited license to Morinda to use the video and its sound and images as it deems desirable in its sole discretion.
You represent that your comment and/or testimonial is accurate, representing your honest and uncompensated opinion of your experiences with Morinda products. You also represent that any photographs or videos you submit are true and accurate, without digital alterations or touch-ups, and without using makeup to conceal or enhance actual represented results.
You agree that you will not assert any claim, action, suit or demand of any kind, including those grounded upon invasion of privacy, rights of publicity or other civil rights in connection with Morinda's or their related companies' use of your name, image, comment and/or testimonial. You release Morinda, Inc., its successors, assigns, employees and licensees from and against all claims at law or in equity, known and unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, which you have or may have by reason of the authorized use of your name, voice and/or image.
