Kerry Asay serves as Chairman of the Board and President of Morinda, Inc. As one of the founders of Morinda, he is a seasoned and dynamic leader. Before Kerry joined ranks with Morinda, he served as Chairman of the Board and CEO of another multimillion-dollar corporation. Highlights of Kerry's leadership prior to Morinda include implementation of one of the finest quality assurance programs in the industry and a distributor training program that is still in practice today.

Kerry now focuses his energy on making sure people all over the world are able to experience the benefits of Morinda Core products.
Kelly Olsen has been involved with network marketing for over 30 years. He has been a distributor, consultant, vendor, and has held various senior management positions in two major companies. Kelly has worked with well over 20 different companies as a vendor and consultant, and held the position of Director of Marketing and Chief Operation Officer for Matol Botanical during its greatest growth period. Prior to serving as C.O.O., Kelly co-founded a company that developed and marketed distributor support tools. Kelly has also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Enrich International and has been responsible for the development of some of the most innovative and effective support tools in the industry. Kelly holds a BA in Communications and a Masters of Business Administration.

Kelly had always held an optimistic vision of what network marketing could be, but was skeptical that anyone else had such a vision. When he recognized the power of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice, he was convinced that John, Stephen, Kim, and Kerry wanted to do something really amazing. He was able to commit himself 110% to a network marketing company that fulfilled his optimistic vision. “For me, it was truly like finding water in a parched desert,” says Kelly.
Stephen Story has developed over 1,000 different products for hundreds of companies. He is a pioneer in areas such as dietary fiber supplements, sports nutrition, milk substitutes, nutritious gourmet foods, and many other food products. He is the originator of Stephen's Gourmet Cocoa and formulated, designed, and initiated the start-up of the company.

Stephen helped bring together the dynamic founders of Morinda. He knows how to help groups work and progress together. Stephen has gained valuable experience as both a leader and a worker in the trenches throughout his illustrious career.

Shon Whitney serves as Morinda’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales.

No stranger to the world of network marketing, Mr. Whitney brings an array of skills and abilities that make him one of the most dynamic and respected executives in the industry. Having successfully managed thousands of individuals in over 100 countries, Mr. Whitney knows what it takes to motivate and lead the members of his organization. He has worked with several Fortune 500 companies, where he helped create and execute innovative marketing plans that have resulted in millions of dollars in additional revenue.

Mr. Whitney was instrumental in the early success of Tahitian Noni International and has over 12 years’ experience in day-to-day operations at Morinda. He returned to the company in December 2012 to assist with Morinda's TrūAge initiative.

Mr. Whitney is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and comes from a solid educational background. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chinese and a Masters in Business Administration, both from Brigham Young University. This background, combined with a tenacious ability to succeed, has enabled Mr. Whitney to expand Morinda’s global marketing strategies to never-before-seen reaches.

Today, Mr. Whitney is focusing his talents and skills on taking the TrūAge message to the masses.
Richard Rife serves as general counsel and corporate secretary of Morinda Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Morinda.

Richard has spent over a decade—twenty percent of his life, in fact—in South Korea, where he worked as an international lawyer and served as an LDS mission president. After law school, he clerked for the Nevada Supreme Court, practiced law in Salt Lake City, and eventually became vice president and deputy general counsel of Novell, Inc., a large software company in Provo, Utah. He also worked as vice president and general counsel of Caldera Systems, Inc.

Richard graduated from Brigham Young University in 1977 with a B.A. degree in English. He received his juris doctor degree from BYU in 1980 and is licensed to practice law in Utah.
Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, and CFO of Morinda Holdings, Inc., Randy Smith is a seasoned financial and business leader. He has proven success in operations management, strategic planning, financial and tax planning, treasury, acquisitions, and operations and expansion in foreign markets. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration from Southern Utah University, and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Utah, College of Law, where he was a William O’Leary Scholar.

Randy has more than 20 years of direct financial management and consulting experience with “Big 5” CPA firms, where he provided financial, tax and restructuring advice to multinational companies in Chicago, Detroit and Salt Lake City. He also was involved with the CPA firms’ continuing education programs where he helped develop and author internal training courses and taught extensively.

Randy has served as Morinda’s CFO for the past 12 years.

Brett West is currently the director of research at Morinda. Since joining the company in 1997 he has held positions as senior laboratory manager, research chemist and toxicologist.

For more than 15 years, Mr. West has been involved in the scientific research of Noni and has also conducted and published research on the efficacy, safety, and biologically active constituents of other medicinal plants. He has developed and validated more than two dozen chemical and biological tests for in-house use by Morinda’s laboratories, including anti-glycation, antioxidant and DNA protection tests.

His professional memberships have included the American Chemical Society, the International Society of Regulatory Toxicology and Pharmacology, the Western Pharmacology Society, New York Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of Food Technologists. He has degrees in molecular biology and pharmacology/toxicology from Brigham Young University and the University of Arizona and is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Medicinal Food Plants.

Mr. West has also published more than 50 peer reviewed scientific articles in various medical, chemistry, and biological science journals including: Food Science & Nutrition, Journal of Medicinal Plant Research, Advance Journal of Food Science and Technology, The Journal of Toxicological Sciences and Journal of Natural Medicines.
Dr. Shixin Deng is a senior research scientist at Morinda and has been at the company since 2005. He has experience working with functional plants spans more than 20 years.

He is a member of the American Chemical Society and American Society of Pharmacognosy and is an expert in functional plants, particularly in iridoid research.

In addition to his work with Morinda, Dr. Deng is actively involved in many professional activities, including serving as a lead guest editor for the Journal of Analytical Methods in Chemistry, final reviewer for American Herbal Pharmacopoeia and associate editor of the scientific journals Advance Journal of Food Science and Technology and Journal of Medicinal Food Plants. He has also participated as a reviewer of nine scientific journals including: Journal of Natural Products, Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Biology, International Journal of Green Pharmacy and more. Dr. Deng also has more than 30 peer-reviewed scientific publications and patents.

He received his Ph.D. in Pharmacognosy (Natural Product Chemistry) from the Department of Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacognosy, College of Pharmacy, University of Illinois, Chicago (UIC). He finished his Ph.D. dissertation at the UIC/National Institutes of Health Center for Botanical Dietary Supplements Research.
Jarakae Jensen is the director of Research & Development at Morinda, a position he has held since 1997. He has been instrumental in the research and development that has been conducted on Tahitian Noni™ Juice (TNJ) and other products under the Morinda Inc. umbrella.

Previously, Mr. Jensen worked for 15 years as a manager of Research & Development at Bilmar Foods, a division of Sara Lee® Foods in Zeeland, Michigan.

Mr. Jensen has been deeply involved in significant research that has been conducted on the safety of TNJ in order to write and submit the Novel Food application to get TNJ approved in the European Union. With the help of Mr. Jensen and his team, patents were secured on most of the listed research such as Noni seed oil, Noni fruit fiber and Noni leaf extract.

Mr. Jensen has been published in nearly 20 journals including: Phytomedicine, Food Chemistry, American Journal of Hematology and Plant Foods for Human Nutrition.

Mr. Jensen graduated from Brigham Young University with a Master’s degree in Food Science.
Dr. Andries Smit founded DiagnOptics Technologies BV in 2003 and has been the medical director since 2004. DiagnOptics develops and markets a non-invasive measurement technology, which can assess the tissue accumulation of Advanced Glycation Endproducts (AGEs).

For more than 15 years, he has been the head of the Vascular Unit of the University Medical Center Groningen in the Netherlands and has authored or co-authored more than 200 scientific publications.

Dr. Smit was trained in internal medicine and is associate professor in hypertension and atherosclerosis.
